If flying in, the rental counter is within the terminal with a short walk to the car lot.
Preferred Service
Take escalator down one level from the arrival level (Level 3) to Level 2. Exit the terminal and cross the roadway. Take elevator down to Level 1. Proceed to the Avis Preferred Service booth located in Level 1 underground parking. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.
General Directions
AIRLINE PASSENGERSProceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area.
WALK-UP RENTERS
Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". They will lead to the baggage claim area entrance.
LATE NIGHT RENTERS: The rental counter in the baggage claim area is closed after 10PM. All customers should proceed to the parking garage across the street from the terminal and proceed down one level to the rental counter.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box located at the front of the rental lanes. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
