Miles Points Programs & Promotions
Avis has a variety of partnerships that include airlines, hotels and other select companies. Through these partnerships, customers can earn miles/points and enjoy special discounts. Please visit our Partners page for specific details pertaining to our partner offers.
Logged in Preferred® Service members can include their miles/points partner name and membership number on the final step of the reservation process. If the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.
Please note that some airline partners require a flight in conjunction with an Avis rental to qualify. Program terms and conditions can alway be found on the respective Partner page.
Frequent traveler membership information cannot be saved online to your My Avis profile. However, Avis Preferred® Service members can add their miles/points membership information on the final step of the reservation process.
Some types of rentals may not qualify for miles/points. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Discount Rental Rates
- Special Promotions
- Awards
- Vouchers
- Travel Industry Rates
- Wholesale Tour Packages
- Insurance/Dealer Replacement
- Any group travel
- Reservations made on portal sites
- Rentals at Avis locations that do not participate in Frequent Traveler programs
Yes. Just select "Request Miles/Points" from the Customer Service tab at the top of the page and fill out the required information pertaining to your past rental. If the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.
For those customers who have registered on avis.ca and have a My Avis profile, just login and click the "Add Miles/Points" link next to the past rental of your choice and fill in your Frequent Traveler membership details.
